About the Trinidad Coastal Ambassador Training
The Land Trust is excited to offer free ambassador trainings up to twice a year. The new and improved Trinidad Coastal Ambassador Program will introduce participants to the unique Trinidad area, the work our non-profit does and will inform participants on all the ways to engage as a volunteer Ambassador; from monitoring seabirds and pinnipeds, to leading Stewardship Workdays and guiding educational walks. These multi-week programs will be educational and hands-on, combining Zoom sessions and field trips to coastal properties with the goal of empowering leadership and stewardship of our coastline. Graduated Ambassadors are expected to be active volunteers with the Land Trust, donating 3 hours a month to support our coastal education and stewardship programs. For detailed program schedule and expectations, please contact us at [email protected] or call 707-677-2501.
If you love learning about the coast and sharing your knowledge with others, then this program is for you!
