Community Safety

Trinidad Coastal Land Trust owns several properties and easements in the Trinidad area including Houda Point, Baker Beach, Luffenholtz Beach and Saunders Park.

We encourage respect for the land and at all our properties.
  • No Camping or Fires
  • No Dumping
  • No Illegal Activities

We recognize that there are those in our community who are houseless, and some may be experiencing mental health and addiction issues. We support a compassionate approach to ensuring the community feels safe in accessing our lands, while also getting help for those in need. To that end, we will provide a minimum of 48 hours notice before removing illegal campsites and will provide the follow resource information.
